Your journey begins just 45 minutes outside Seattle in the charming town of Arlington, where we'll stop for local baked goods and coffee before the adventure unfolds. Tour Highlights: Stillaguamish River Valley — Follow the scenic North Fork Stillaguamish River to the Oso Landslide Memorial, honoring the 43 lives lost in one of the deadliest landslides in U.S. history (2014) Sauk-Suiattle Territory — Pass through the Sauk-Suiattle Indian Reservation along the beautiful Sauk River as it guides us into the heart of the North Cascades Diablo Lake — Marvel at the stunning turquoise waters set against the rugged peaks of the Cascades Marblemount & Eagle Watching — Visit the Marblemount salmon fishery, and from December through February, witness the spectacular bald eagle migration as they feed along the river Rasar State Park — Explore 4,000 feet of pristine freshwater shoreline with endless photo opportunities Taylor Shellfish at Samish Bay — End your tour with fresh seafood on the Puget Sound, overlooking the San Juan Islands—you might even spot a pod of orcas passing by

Draft Terms & Conditions for a Small Washington Tour Business 1. Service Overview Guests are transported in small groups to scenic Washington State locations in one vehicle and one guide. We may adjust itineraries due to: - Weather - Road closures - Safety considerations 2. Photo & Video Release Guests agree that photos and videos may be taken and/or videotaped during tours. These images may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures). If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify your guide before the tour begins. 3. Acceptance of Risk Guests acknowledge that outdoor and vehicle-based activities involve inherent risks. These include but are not limited to: slips, falls, vehicle accidents, and personal injuries. Guests voluntarily assume all risks. 4. Scheduling & Itinerary Changes Because we operate with one vehicle and one guide, we may adjust itineraries due to: - Weather - Road closures - Safety concerns 5. Rates & Payment If we must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (including vehicle issues or tour minimums), guests will receive a refund or may reschedule. 6. Booking Confirmation Bookings can be placed online, by phone, or by email. A tour is considered booked once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. 7. Cancellation Policy Because we are a small business with limited capacity, cancellations impact us significantly. Our policy: Standard Tours • Cancel 7 days before your tour: full refund • Cancel 4–6 days before your tour: 50% refund • Cancel <4 days before your tour: no refund Custom Private Tours • Cancel 14 days before your tour: full refund • Cancel <14 days before your tour: no refund • If your tour is canceled for agency or operational reasons, you receive a full refund. Handwritten notes: “48 hour cancellation” and additional illegible writing. 8. Guest Responsibilities To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience: • Notify us about mobility or health restrictions in advance • Arrive 10 minutes before your tour • Be prepared for weather and terrain • Follow guide instructions
